Child Safety Standards

Reconnect is intended for users aged 16 and older. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited conduct

Users must not create, upload, solicit, share, promote, or facilitate sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor; grooming; sextortion; trafficking; or any material that sexualizes a minor. Attempts to evade these rules are also prohibited.

Reporting

Use the in-app report control where available. For urgent or detailed child-safety reports, email re.connect.support@gmail.com. Include relevant account, post, message, or community details, but do not attach or redistribute suspected illegal imagery.

Our response

We review child-safety reports, restrict or remove violating content and accounts as appropriate, preserve relevant evidence where legally required, and report apparent CSAM or exploitation to the appropriate authorities when required by applicable law.

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the competent national child-protection authority.
